JIS Tools Company is part of a group of companies, that have been involved in the manufacture of Thread Rolls and Serration / Spline Rolls since 1973. We manufacture Rolls / Dies in a various grades of Steel depending upon the specifications and requirements of our Customers.

A high degree of quality of our products is assured by the stringent quality checks in every part of the manufacturing processes.

The highest degree of accuracy is maintained by us using Thread Grinding Machines viz. Reishauer, Matrix and WMW (Conventional and CNC) and Gear Grinding Machines (Reishauer). We have a fully equipped Inspection Room with Contracer (Mitutoyo), Profile Projector (To measure upto Ø 300mm), Universal Measuring Machine (Carl Ziess) and Tool Markers Microscope (Carl Ziess) and all other necessary equipments for the inspection of Thread / Spline Rollers and rolled components, to maintain the highest degree of Quality Control.

This has enabled us to build a wide customer base which includes names like Havells India, Fasteners & Allied Products Pvt. Ltd., QH Talbros Ltd., Brakes India, Bhavani Industries India LLP, Echjay Industries Pvt. Ltd. and more than 250 Customers all over India.
