JIS Tools Company is a part of a group of companies, that have been involved in the manufacturing of a variety of Special Tools and Dies, since 1974. Products manufactured by us include Circular Thread Rolling Dies, Form Tools, Gear Hobs, Special Cutting Tools viz., (Reamers, End Mills, Roughing End Mills for CNC machines, Special Taps, etc.) in various grades of High Speed Steel (H.S.S.) and Carbide brazed. Custom made to to suit every need of our Customer's Requirements.

A high degree of quality of our products is assured by the stringent quality checks in every part of the manufacturing and in-house Heat Treatment processes.

The highest degree of accuracy is maintained by using some of the best machines available viz Thread Grinding (WMW, Reishauer, Matrix), Profile Grinding Machines (WMW/Wickman), Relieving Lthes (WMW), Cylindrical Grinding Machines (Jones & Shipman/ HMT), Automatic Tools & Cutter Grinders (Reinecker) to name a few. We have a fully equipped Standards Room that includes precision measuring instruments viz Universal Measuring Microscope (Carl Zeiss), Large Tool Makers Microscopes (Carl Zeiss) and all possible measuring instruments required for the highest degree of quality control.

This has enabled us to build a wide customer base which includes names like MICO Ltd. (Nasik, Bangalore, Nagnathpura), Ashok Leyland, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (Nasik, Lucknow, Kanpur), Munjal Showa Ltd. Sterling Tools Ltd. TELCO, Crompton Greaves Ltd. Carbon Everflow Ltd. and more than 200 customers all over India.
